          YC11XX系列

          YC11XX是一款專為2400MHz ~ 2483.5Mhz ISM頻段運行而設計的低功耗、高性能、集成藍牙5.2BR/EDR/BLE+2.4G私有協議多模產品。
          YC11XX采用先進的55nm CMOS工藝,在簡化整個系統設計的同時,提供了最高的集成度、最低的功耗、最小的漏電電流、最低的物料成本。豐富的周邊設備包括了8通道通用ADC,電源復位(POR),算術加速器,UART/SPI/I2C和多達38個GPIO,進一步降低整體系統的成本和尺寸。
          YC11XX工作電源范圍1.8V~5.5V,在TX和RX模式下功耗非常低,保持出色的RF性能的同時,電池供電系統的使用壽命更長。設備可以進入超低功率休眠模式,在低功耗振蕩器和睡眠計時器開啟時,保留寄存器和存儲器的記憶。
          YC11XX提供音頻CODEC,適合帶語音的物聯網和穿戴,如語音遙控和TWS耳機等應用。
          YC11XX有QFN4x4_32L , QFN5x5_40L, QFN5x5_48L, TSSOP28, SSOP24, SOP16L & KGD等不同封裝供您選擇。
