          YC13XX系列

          YC13XX是一款專為2400MHz ~ 2483.5Mhz ISM頻段運行而設計的低功耗、高性能、集成藍牙5.2BR+BLE+2.4G私有協議三模產品,內置32位MCU,96K位RAM和512位eFuse。
          YC13XX支持藍牙5.2的2Mbps,遠距離和定位功能,并能通過HCI接口和其他MCU連接以實現更復雜的無線應用。
          YC13XX支持多重協議設射頻,+12dBm輸出功率,-99dBm接受靈敏度,工作溫度范圍達-40度到+110度,特別適合燈控應用。
          YC13XX內置USB,32位MCU,24MHz時鐘,無需外接電容的LDO,支持1.7~5.5V的工作電壓,特別適合成本敏感的MCU應用,如鼠標,玩具和即棄用形無線產品。
          YC13XX有QFN4x4_32L , SOP16L, SOP8L & KGD等不同封裝供您選擇。
